I see why they only have 9400 followers on Instagram they are garbage. Fright rags and Cavity colors are great stores to order horror mercy from and both of them have over 20k followers on Instagram. "I ordered a shirt on July 5, 2017. I waited for the shirt for 3 weeks to arrive - I contacted them (mind you there is no number to call, just email for FB messenger). They told me they were having issues with the production of the tshirt. I finally get the tshirt and its the wrong one! Needless to say I am squashing the order. HORRIBLE Customer Service and I cannot believe they dont have a customer service line for people to call. "

They are getting faster at shipping and replies and the shirts and masks I've bought from them are licensed and great quality compared to the comments I've seen here.
In the past they have been a bit slower with shipping and replies - but in the 3 orders I've put in this year, I have been very satisfied with their quicker return time and I will order from them again!

"This place is a rinky dink operation. Poor quality shirts, poor quality printing, ZERO customer service. (I'll assume everything is also unlicensed.) Took a full month to get my order partially filled.
Honestly, you'd be better off just uploading your own image to a print-your-own-shirt type shop. Stay away, at all costs."
"I placed an order on January 16, 2015 which was never filled. I was told it was cancelled so I placed another order on Feb. 26, 2015. Later to find that the first order was never cancelled. I am now out on 2 pairs of shoes. I received an email that the second order was filled and will be shipping, yet still no refund on the first order. I have emailed the company in excess of 20 times with no response. Unfortunatly it looks like I will have to resort to getting paypal, my credit card company, and the courts involved. If they would only give me my money back for the services never received, I wouldn't have to resort to these options. STAY AWAY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO CONTACT INFO OTHER THAN AN EMAIL."
"The order was placed for a pair of sneakers on Dec. 1, 2014. As of Dec. 23rd (today) , no info on shipment has been received, nor has their customer service responded to TWO messages. They have "no phone number". I will write one more time, and then cancel the charge on my credit card. Below, I have pasted their disclaimer on their invoice. Their typos and all.
One of my questions asked the actual final price, since the price minus a 20% discount and shipping (less than the 20%) showed the same amount. I am not trusting this company right now.
