"The fact that it took 30 days from order date to deliver date.
I also had to leave work and be home by 12pm the day of the delivery because of a delivery window of 12 to 5 pm. Got a call at 3 PM telling me the truck would be delayed till 6 PM.
A phone call 1 hour before delivery would work so much better.
On a positive note the cover arrived in perfect condition, is on the hot tub ands everything works, Thank-you"
