" The cover was for my hot tub but could have been a couple inches bigger. The skirt flares out to the sides instead of hanging straight down.
The clips that are provided for the straps have the screw head hole too small. The screw head doesn't fit down flush so now the straps won't fit into the clips."

"Not thrilled with delivery . Lined up delivery for Thursday between 12:00 and 4:00 . Got two emails after this stating they could not get a hold of me and I may have to pay $75.00 delivery fee and storage . Took day off work so could be there at delivery. Delivery did not show up until 6:00 PM. Could have went to work and saved a vacation day."
