"The guy who did the final leg of my delivery was ultimately over 2 hours late even with a 5 hour window. It was dark by the time he arrived so an inspection of the box and product were cursory at best since I live in a part of the world where there are no street lights. I also live on an unpaved road which his truck could not negotiate (UPS does it just fine) so we (including me) had to carry it to my house...not my favorite thing at the age of 71. Fortunately there was no damage when inspected in daylight and the cover is lovely."

"The cover was scheduled to be completed much sooner than I had expected, which would have been fine if I had not scheduled a vacation during the expected delivery. I called Hot Tub Works and they delayed to manufacture one week. It still came in early, but not so early as to cause a delivery problem.

The cover appears to be well made and much better at insulating than my original equipment. It would have been nice for the clips to fit my original, but installing the new clip mounts was not difficult. "
