"Trying to book a hotel stay for work trip in Orlando and unfortunately the hotel I called didn’t have the availability I needed, but Kellee was so amazing and helped me find a hotel location within the vicinity of where I needed to report daily for work and even found an alt location that she confirmed offered the per diem rate permitted by my employer. Thank you, Kellee!!! She was so helpful and a pleasure to work with especially during the holidays when everyone is stressed to the max. Have a wonderful holiday and many blessings this new year!!! "
"You told me you worked for the hotel and charged me more than the VFW blocked rate of $129. Now I was charged $163.00 for 2 nights unrefundable. Will go to my bank and dispute this charge for misrepresenting yourself. The hotel booked my room for the correct rate stated that you where a third party. I want my money reversed or I will dispute the charge. I have never had this happen and will not pay this when I told you this was a conference I was attending. If you work on commission I can understand why you did what you did but I will not be taken and do not want a voucher that I can not use. You are messing with a non profit VFW account. Not fair so please fix this and hopefully get better training on what people are asking you in the future. I have never had to write a bad revieew"

"I called and needed help, Jorge did not listen to what I was telling him. He gave me a phone number to call and because I didn’t have the info needed it did me no good. Had to call back two more times to get it straightened out. This has been a horrible stressful experience. "
