"I have been flying over night and needed to rest before my drive so I booked a room through this company. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my booking and they said they were fully booked and could not accommodate me. I called the company and they said they were very sorry and the hotel should be refunding me but they charge to exist on my bank account and it’s not to the hotel it is to this company. I’m really annoyed. I had to pull over in my car multiple times to try not to fall asleep at the wheel and I am now out the money of the hotel room that I did not use."
