"There are features that I did not know what they meant.

For example some times I had the option to select a Day pass vs work pass and I didn't know what the difference was.

When I actually booked there were tiers for basic, and extra. Basic said it was first come first serve which gave me the impression that I could literally lose the room, which was weird. "
