"I love this place but the last time I booked no one told me it was a hotel travelers could use for isolation. There was a TON of garbage in the hall and unpleasant odours. Guests should have been warned beforehand. "

"All services are fake!!!. Services are not provided. Hotel reservations Booking number: 211136302 Date: 8 Jan 2022 were confirmed in November and the day before arrival at the Regency Hotel, which was confirmed by a confirmation email. This misleading information affected the health of my 88-year-old mother (she uses a wheelchair) and cost me $ 55 for the trip to Regency Hotel and back to airport and 5 hours of waiting for our flight to Chicago seating on chairs at Miami airport. Outrageous !! And no one from this site takes responsibility
