"The one fan was of really high quality and is beautiful. The other blade-less fan was made of cheap plastic and the manufacturer initially shipped the wrong fan to me. The fans from Todays Living LLC were delivered in boxes that were torn and beat-up from shipping. They were returned to the company in the same boxes after I had to use a tremendous amount of tape on the packages.
The Houzz rep that helped me with the Todays Living fans' issues resolved all the problems so far. I have not received a refund for the return, but expect it soon. The fan sent to me by mistake by the company was a pain to deal with. It was excessively large and heavy. When I contacted the merchant, they sent me a shipping label for someone in Florida. I'm really not comfortable being the shipping go between. That is a Todays Living responsibility.
To recap, Houzz customer service was great, the Droid LED Ceiling Fan is beautiful, but stay away from anything by the merchant Todays Living. They really are not up to the standards I expect to see on Houzz. "

"The Tilda Small Chandelier that I received was defective and did not meet my expectations, nor my client's expectation. The item arrived damaged, with many of the wooden rods CRACKED and/or bent.
The defective Tilda Chandelier that I received has left me feeling extremely embarrassed, disappointed, and frustrated with the quality of your products. Because I ordered my client's items from your site, this is now a poor reflection of my business. The light is now installed and I’m left in a compromising position.
As a new PRO member, I had trusted Houzz to provide me with high-quality items, and this experience has made me question that trust. I expected that the chandelier would be packaged securely and checked for defects before it was shipped to me.
I hope HOUZZ rectifies this. This is a complete disaster and very unprofessional. I also request that you improve the quality control process for your products to avoid such incidents in the future.
