"We wanted this pendant light for our newly remodeled and contemporary kitchen. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it did not look as elegant and as contemporary as it did online. We didn't like the wavy design of the glass shade rim. It is not easily detectable online. However, it gives the light a more traditional look than we care for. We plan to return it asap."

I did not check the availability of "white glove" delivery but the table was heavy and challenging for my husband and I to unbox and move inside to assemble. It would have been helpful to have the option for the delivery driver to assist with unpacking and moving inside.
Delivery was prompt, and I received notification the shipment was "out" for delivery. I did not realize that meant it will be there in two hours."
