"I love my two new bathroom vanity cabinets but the reason I reduced my review to two stars was my delivery experience. It was very bad. The delivery was left in the street on a pallet. (Not even the curb.) I was never told that I had to make arrangements to bring the two very heavy cabinets up to my six floor condominium apartment. As a result, I received a fine from my condominium association and I had to take a day off from work to find some strong men on thumbtack to bring them upstairs and put them inside my condominium. That cost me $300. I believe that I should have been called and told that the delivery was a drop off on the street so I could have made proper arreangements. "

"The particular order you asked about was good. However, I previously ordered a headboard which I paid HOUZZ to assemble. When the delivery arrived, the delivery man knew nothing about assembling. I immediately reached out to Houzz. Long story short, Houzz confirmed I had paid for assembly but the delivery company did not have that order. After many frustrating calls w Houzz, turns out the delivery company doesn't even offer assembly. Two weeks after the bed arrived I broke down and paid Task Rabbit to put it together. Good service is so easy- I don't get it. All they had to do when I called them the first time was say they made a mistake and hire another company to come assemble it. Instead after 17 phone calls and countless texts, all they could say in the end was we'll refund what u paid for assembly. I loved Houzz before this but I'm not shopping there anymore because of this experience. "
