"Light fixture arrived after about one week. No emails or anything to let us know it was shipped. It just showed up. Box was damaged in transit. Minor scuff to paint. No bends or breaks. We decided to keep it. The finish on the hanging rods doesn't quite match but will probably not be noticeable once installed. Wires are a very tight fit through the rods. I ended up soldering the wires together so that I could pull them through. Might be a hassle for some. Assembly was easy and obvious. Unit comes with everything you need except a screwdriver. The glass chimneys are not secured and could be broken easily. There appear to be no replacements available, which is not good. Bulbs are not included, but are chandelier E12 base up to 60 watts each. I bought some on amazon. "
