"After placing an order on May 5th for additional tile to complete my shower repair it came 13 days later and is all broken! Every single tile in the box. It’s so broken that it can’t even be used for the curb on the shower which cut tiles are needed for. There is no phone number to speak to an actual person. I NEED a replacement, but nobody has contacted me to tell me when I can get one. I’m heartbroken and furious at the same time. This is twice that the tile installation team has shown up and had to leave without completing the project. The tile didn’t come in time and we didn’t have enough to do the project because it took so long to get it delivered. It got delivered yesterday and today when the installation guy opened the box to pull it out, it was in pieces. The entire corner to middle was cracked and broken on every single tile in the box. All 10 tiles. They had to leave again. I have to push back the glass door measurement again and the dry wall people. This is really stressful and upsetting. I am extremely unhappy. "

"These are quality lights. The build, the finish, and overall look are well done. The color however, as many have said DOES NOT come close to looking like the photos. The wood insert stain is VERY orange, but is easily changed by sanding and restraining which I have done and am very happy with the results. Photos should be changed to reflect the actual color!"
