"Ordered liners got a couple emails about delays then they had a fed ex label printed like it was going to ship but never left their warehouse . Total scam had to contact my credit card for a refund don't waste your money or time"
"After wanting a month for a hood protector it arrived damaged. Initial response was good. Within a few days I received a message that a new item was processed. On 12/29/23 I received a message that the replace was ordered. On 1/2/24 I received a message that my request was marked done. It is now 2/4/24 and I still do not have the part and I have reached out two more time looking for an update and have not received a reply. "

I had to file a dispute to try and get my money back. I should have gone with smart liners which I received quickly after ordering. Done with husky. "
"Ordered mats and was immediately charged. Received email confirmation of order. And that's it. Nothing else. No communication. It's been over 2 weeks, I have emailed- no response. If you call their customer service number it goes into a loop every 5 seconds that they are experiencing high call volumes, but your call is important. There are way too many other companies with good customer service to waste your time and money on Husky liners. Requesting a chargeback from my credit card company. This is NOT worth the hassle."

"Had an issue with my passenger and driver floor mats not popping into place because of incorrect grommets. Second row liners were curved/warped due to being bent during shipping. Splash guards have no clearance in the front when turning the wheel. Customer service is absolutely garbage and their products are just as bad. Someone shut this garbage company down. "
"I ordered a window shade for my truck 6-14-23 from Huskyliners.com. Was told it would be 10-14 days before I receive it because they are custom made. Called the beginning of July I was told it was shipping on 7-7. Called on the 10th told it was shipping on the 14th. Called on the 18th told it was shipping on the 21st. Called today was told the 28th. I CANCELLED MY ORDER. Don’t waste your time with this company. "

"Huskey makes a great product but their shipping partner, FedEx is horrible. I have stopped buying from online vendors that use FedEx. FedEx customer service is horrible and their use of contract delivery people results in missed deliveries, late deliveries and delivery to incorrect addresses. Huskey is just another of my no more purchase vendors because of FedEx."
"I ordered mud flaps for my F250 and they were received promptly. Upon opening the box, I noted no parts, no instructions and a closer look showed these were used product. Screw holes in the product and more. I called and they apologized and told me they were sending me out a new SET that day, expedited service 2-3 days I should have them. Well that turned out to be another failure on their part, as they sent me the tracking number and its being delivered 7 days, not 2-3 days. Sad Husky has lost all its customer service and quality they used to be as I have ordered for 2 other vehicles from them, and always good luck, but this time, bad product and quoting bad information, just to get me off the phone I guess. STAY AWAY from HUSKY"
"Not sure why your website ask for the make and model of my vehicle. The mats are not big enough to cover the flooring area. UNI-FIT, I guess so when the mats are too small. Definitely won't try any of your other products, lesson learned!"
" I ordered a floor mat for my car. I paid $30 shipping fee. but the product they sent did not fit my car. I contact them to return but they did not pay my return cost. I gave an extra $100 for return for a situation that was their fault. I said the return was too expensive and asked them to create a waybill for me. They did not accept it. I paid a total of $130 for shipping and I have nothing. Even though it was their fault, I paid total $130 for nothing.

"I have a 5 piece Husky liner on my 2015 Suburban. My driver liner has broken apart where it attaches to the floor. The passenger side was lost by a detail shop. I called to warranty the driver side and was asked to email a pic of it. Which I did. They emailed back that the warranty claim is denied as I don't have both to send to them. We have a number of products from Lund International and have never been denied a warranty claim. Not a way to do business Husky."
