"I found the recliner that I liked in the store and then checked the internet and found the same exact recliner at DiscountLivingRoom.com for $800.00 less with free shipping. It only took about 3 weeks for delivery and the gentlemen who delivered the chair did a fantastic job."

Good Product—VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
"After waiting for email concerning the shipping, checked the website only to see a message that the factory was closed. Sent message asking for clarification, sine they had already collected the payment. I asked for a phone call only to receive an email with totally erroneous information. They replied the day after the product shipped and said it would take 7-10 business days before they could ship. Their right hand had absolutely no idea what the left hand was doing. I had also specifically asked for a phone call and did not receive it."
