"I ordered a gloss black side mirror assembly for my car. They sent one that didn’t have the glass black cover. It was a primed gray. When I pointed out they sent the wrong part but could send just the gloss black cover, the parts employee said Kia didn’t make a gloss black cover and I would have to have it painted. That is not true. I sent the person the part number for just the cover and asked for them to send the correct part. I received no reply. I ended up ordering the gloss black cover, to replace the wrong one Hyman Bros sent, from a different dealer that is knowledgeable and competent."
