"Never received order receipt from 7/23 (only had screenshot from day of order), I called to check status and request my receipt (luckily I had screenshot with order#). Lady said order was processed on 7/25, but still provide an estimated delivery. The lady hung up on me when I requested the receipt be forwarded while on the line in case my order did not show. No status update other than "ordered" from somewhere and we will email you when we get part. I could have ordered this directly from Kia or elsewhere, but I thought better to order here. NEVER AGAIN, and I will be returning if it every gets here for full refund and reporting to BBB.
