"My experience was very reminiscent of the catalog days in the 80's. I say that with the following key points: The OEM part was 30% cheaper than the competitors. With that, it was apparent from the order to allow the order 4 days for processing. There was only one shipping option available. It was like filling out a paper order, and sending it in to await its que. I can only assume they have a small staff to keep the overhead down to match the mark down. I eventually got exactly what was advertised.
