"Pro's, verified with vin the parts were correct and identified when part I wanted was not the correct part and notified me of the correct part number. Parts arrived quickly when shipped and the price was reasonable.
Con's, when one part I ordered was incorrect, they cancelled the entire order. Would have been easier to for the customer if they had asked if the one part should be substituted or if the other parts that were correct should be shipped. Annoying that I had to go through the whole ordering process including typing in the vin. Also, web site say's typically 4-6 days to ship. Order took several weeks to ship. Delay in shipping not a problem, but there was no communication on it taking that long. Just something to say it was taking longer than expected and maybe an estimate of when would have been nice.
Overall the con's are minor and I would use them again, fix the con's and it would be a 5 star rating."

"I ordered roof rack end covers for KIA Sportage. They fit perfectly and really helped the appearance of the vehicle. Now I hope the grill emblem works out as well. I tried amazon, but there were so many options and many reviews questioned the quality of the emblems. I never found one that said "Fits 2013 KIA Sportage". I never found the exact dimensions as my emblem. Some where really cheap. I opted for this site hoping not to just get a stick-on emblem. Just a few, relatively inexpensive parts keep my 10 year old car looking great."
