"When I made my purchase the estimated delivery date was 1-2 weeks. The day after I place the order I’m told via email that the package will be delayed and will be delivered within 5 weeks. This wasn’t a problem I was just glad they notified me. It has since been going on 8 weeks with zero updates. None of my emails get replied, no tracking updates whatsoever and there isn’t even a shipping label made for the item so for all I know it hasn’t even shipped yet. I even emailed asking for a refund because this was becoming ridiculous yet they won’t even reply to that. I will never go through this company again for anything I’d rather go to a dealer than try to communicate with HPP."
