None of my emails get replied, no tracking updates whatsoever and there isn’t even a shipping label made for the item so for all I know it hasn’t even shipped yet. I even emailed asking for a refund because this was becoming ridiculous yet they won’t even reply to that. I will never go through this company again for anything I’d rather go to a dealer than try to communicate with HPP."
