"I ordered a $600 side mirror online, and looked forward to the "2-10 days delivery from order."

I never received an email confirmation. I just had the web receipt/status page and my bank statement as validation.

Several days later the page changed to "needs information, please reply to this email." Since there was no email to reply to, I phoned them, confirmed the information, and was told "you should get it in 4-8 business days. About a week."

Nearly nother week on and I hadn't heard or received anything, so I went online to the status page. "Order cancelled."

Just like that. No email. No phone call. No reason. No justification. Just "order cancelled."

I can't leave a review on their site because only customers of *completed* orders can review them.

I have been driving for two weeks now with no driver's side mirror because of these LYING CROOKS!

Stay away. Stay far away.
