"Ordered online. Then 2 week later had to call and ask for status to have the order paid attention to. Then they sent incorrect items and quantity of items. I called and they asked to send an email with a picture about the incorrect items and now waiting for a reply.
Not expecting miracles. So I will probably take a loss and move on."
"I had placed my order and the persons filling my ordered noticed that I had entered some incorrect information. He took the time to call me and we had a conversation, my order was fixed and promptly mailed. The part was a perfect fit and I would order from them Thornhill Hyundai again in the future.

"I realize that through the pandemic things a re a little slower but this was ridiculous. I work in purchasing and receiving and i ship all the time and the couriers are about 1 to 2 days slower than usual but Canada Post is totally unreliable, And you have the nerve to charge me for expedited delivery at a ridiculous rate and then Canada Post takes forever to deliver it. Wake up use more reputable shippers like UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.

"Before I order my part online, I gave the parts counter a call to confirmed the fitment and availability.The parts department was great answering all my questions on the phone and help me with the part I needed to order online. My online order was ready within two days, not only I got an email confirmation for the pick up, I also received a phone call from the parts counter.
They were really helpful on the phone, gave me perfect directions of where to go and where to pick up my part, I gave it only 4 stars only because at the time, there were construction on the north and south bound on Yonge St, on top of that COVID 19 social distancing through out the province, other than that great great service all and all,,, THANK YOU and I will definitely buy from you guys again,,,,

"I ordered battery for my car by serial number and i got confirmation email it's says (THIS BATTERY FITS YOUR VEHICLE) the price was $195 included taxes and shipping fee, and after 4 days they called me asking to cancel my order because this battery doesn't fit to your car!!! They said if you want battery that's fits your car so the price will be higher $285 before taxes and shipping fee, and now after over a week since last call I didn't get my money back "
