"I ordered the Canadian Premium All Season Cargo Mat for my wife's new 21 Hyundai Palisade. Yaser in the Parts Dept. was great to work with as I live in the United States. Unfortunately this very nice cargo mat is not available through U.S. Hyundai Dealers. I filled out the online order form and Yaser confirmed everything was done correctly. I received e-mail updates from Thornhill Hyundai on a regular basis and Yaser called me to confirm the order was processed, ready to ship and to collect required taxes. Yaser was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Unfortunately excellent customer service like this is uncommon."
"I contacted both the parts for part number verification, vehicle application and availability and service departments regarding the correct installation of my purchase of an accessory for my Hyundai Palisade. Each time I reached out to them, they were very quick to reply with as thorough of an answer as I could hope for. Aside from some sort of billing glitch with the sales tax not being added to the purchase, everything went very smoothly. With them being in Canada and me in the United States, I'm not sure how many mail orders they have for parts, so that could explain a glitch. No matters, one phone call resolved that issue as well. "

"After one full week waiting, I just wrote to have a clue as to where are my parts and received no answer. When I finally called, I was told nothing was done yet. After 3 days ordering on amazone my other parts were home already. It was my first and it will be my last order on that site... Just checked the number for tracking my parts I was given for post Canada, and after 2 days, it doesn't match to nothing in there data bank.

"I order parts all the time. This was a wiper arm that was in stock. Parts that are in stock should ship in two or 3 days and get to their destination in 5-6 days. Especially when the shipping charge was almost $20! Not impressed. "

"Ordered a part (back wiper) online. Few days later got an email saying it is ready for pick up. So I went to the dealership on Saturday. The dealership is currently renovating. So I have to use a phone in their showroom to talk to the parts department. After holding for around 5 minutes, the parts guy told me that the online guy only works Monday to Friday. And he can't access the computer to check to my online order. The ready-for-pickup email never mentioned the "online pickup" hours. The parts guy did apologize for the inconvenience. But dealership having 3 different business hours (sales, parts, online parts) is ridiculous."

"Price was great, significantly less than my dealer quoted for the same parts. Arrived quickly, and I opted to pick them up myself to save the shipping. On arrival at the dealership I spoke to the very pleasant receptionist, who directed me to a video phone to call the off-site parts department. The person I spoke with said they'd be right over. An hour later I had my parts. Still saved money, but I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry."
