"I have been able to buy OEM replacement parts for my older Hyundai vehicles at a 20% discount. This usually puts them in the same price range as other quality aftermarket brands. Usually, you'll be able to find the parts you need using their online store. However, when I cannot, I search other online stores for the part numbers. I then search Thornhill's store with those numbers to find the parts to add it to my order. I deducted one star because of this.
The order takes a few days to process, and they call me when the parts are in. I save on the shipping by picking it up at the dealership."

"Ordered online. Then 2 week later had to call and ask for status to have the order paid attention to. Then they sent incorrect items and quantity of items. I called and they asked to send an email with a picture about the incorrect items and now waiting for a reply.
Not expecting miracles. So I will probably take a loss and move on."
