"I have purchased hundreds of products through IP Phone Warehouse over a number of years and with one exception, I have not had any problems. Shipping is quick and the products are priced well. The only issue occurred when I purchased an open box item and it came missing a power supply. After a couple of phone calls to customer service (not a big deal), I was shipped a replacement power supply. Shipping costs could be lower, but when compared to other vendors, the pricing is very competitive."

"Dale at IPWarehouse might need a job. His cusotmer service is the pits. After charging my card twice, and calling me 4 times, he could not remember the information I provided. I asked to speak with a manager and he put me on hold several times to say no one was available. They post products on their website that are discontinued and then they try to get more money out of you by telling you that they can send the upgrade version for a few dollars more. After 3 days with these amatuer company, I give into Dales multiple requests to cancel the order. I don't know who asked more.. me asking for a manager, or Dale asking to cancel my order..

I'm sorry to write such a negative reveiw of a company who apears to have everything together, but their staff needs some serious training. I was laughed at, put on hold, over charged, and talked to like I just opened an email account. Speaking of email, Dale told me that he couldn't even get into his "hotmail" account... "Hotmail?" With such low security features like company hotmail, I'm forced to give into Dales requests to cancel my order. I hope I see my money back. Buyer beware."

"I ordered two Cisco CP-9971 phones from these guys and on their site they advertised them as "video phones". All the pictures had video cameras on them and all the specifications talked about video specifications etc. When I received them they had NO video cameras. IP Phone warehouse told me it was their mistake but they weren't responsible for typos and they would not take them back. So now I was stuck with 1.5K worth of junk phones. They wouldn't even work with me on the price of the Special order Add on video cameras that they found out about after this all happened. Not to mention they updated their site immediately although claimed it was already fine to start..Why would you update it if it was already fine???? The guy on the phone who was the owner told me he would do NOTHING for me and that i'd just have to eat it and and then proceeded to hang up on me. We are a voip service provider and have ordered over 50k of equipment from these guys. Multiple incidents in the past and this one have now led me to take ALL of my business elsewhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.. TERRIBLE SUPPORT, NO UNDERSTANDING FOR CUSTOMERS, ALL AROUND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES."

"My order was on hold but they failed to communicate this to me by phone or via email. The online chat is a joke (as others have pointed out). After 40 minutes of being "next in queue" I gave up and called. The order was on hold because of their pricing error but they weren't willing to honor the web pricing nor to compromise and split the difference. To their credit the gentleman on the phone was VERY nice and professional.

My first "test" purchase with them for our company is in my opinion a failure. No one is perfect so I'll likely allow them opportunity to avoid a "second strike"."
