"This company is shady - I should have read more reviews before ordering. I ordered an Aastra IP set for OCS yesterday. The first thing that was off was the incredibly high shipping charges - wow! Then, later that day, I receive a message from someone saying that:
"Apparently the pricing on our website was incorrect. I'm sure it is only a few dollars different. We actually have to cancel your order... please call us to place the order over the phone."

I called back in to find out what was going on and was told that they had it in stock. If they had it in stock, it would not matter what the manufacturer was charging, they would charge me for whatever price they have it listed at.

This company DO not Have ANYTHING in stock, if you expect to receive your item on time look some where else,
in addition to not having any thing in stock they cancel orders made with GOOGLE checkout because in GOOGLE check they Can not charge the excessive shipping charges that they have in their website, only when i placed my first order, using their own checkout process and paying double the shipping they send my item, i paid for 2nd and receive the package in three days,
then i placed another order on the 09/20/2009
i called them and asked if everything is OK with the order, a guy named Tyler, told me "YES everything is ok and we will ship your order todat", called again a day later, and they canceled my order caliming "your address dose not match" with is BS because GOOGLE checkout will not give them the order unless everything match,
so in the end i wasted time and aggravation with this company, and all becasue they want to charge more shipping charges.

On July 9, 2009 I purchased an IP camera that the site said was in stock. I received an email shortly after stating the order confirmation (billed my credit card) and another minutes later stating that my product had been shipped. I paid for UPS 3 day delivery, an extra $15.30. Approximately 2 hours later I received another email from ****@**** stating that the item I purchased had a 3-5 "lead time" before the product cold be shipped. I wrote back and told them to refund my UPS 3 day shipping costs, which Becky responded quickly to saying they would. July 18, 2009 and still no delivery. This is Saturday and IPphone warehouse is not open. I send an email to their service department with no-reply. Tuesday July 21, 2009 I send another email asking for the tracking number of my package and quickly received a reply from Becky stating that the item I purchased is on backorder and was expected approximately 8-6-09. Not once did they attempt to contact me to tell me about this, nor did they make any attempt to correct this problem with another camera in the series for which I selected, they were only concerned with me cancelling my order. They actually asked me to cancel my original order and purchase the next upgraded camera in the series! I immediately cancelled the order and reported their company like many before me. I ended up going to tigerdirect.com which now had the same camera for same price as ipphone-warehouse was offering, and low and behold...two days later I have my camera.
Thanks for nothing ipphone-warehouse. keep doing business like this and see where you and your employees end up!"
"The provider indicates on the website that it has qty 327 x IP330 phones in stock. I called their 800 number to confirm they actually had these phones in stock. I explained that I needed the phones in 4 days for an installation and if the phones did not arrive on time then I would be penalized far more than the cost of the phones themselves. The agent assured me the phones would arrive on time.
I placed the order, they charged my credit card, updated the website saying the order had been processed then sent me an email on the third day following the order saying the phones are on back order, they cannot guarantee the phones will be in stock in the future and if they did arrive then they would not pay to upgrade the shipping so the phones would arrive on-time.
This seller flat out LIED. They lied on the website then lied when I called on the phone. There are quite a few other vendors who sell this kind of equipment. Find another supplier.

"Customer service is not what you will get from this company and at this point product either. I ordered a $2084.54 item on Monday April 20th & paid extra to have it expedited, should have rec'd it 4/23 and here it is 4/28 and you guessed it no shipment! They certainly made sure to charge my card within moments of placing the order. I have made 3 calls this morning to which they claim they need to call down to the warehouse to get the tracking number--seems simple enough. Not so! Tried to get a manager involved but he says he hasn't had time to look into it yet. At this point I have rec'd no call or even an email that they are looking into it at all. And Yes we were suppose to install the equipment at our customers site today--what a joke!"
"Purchased ATA from this store. Although their website said it was in stock it took them over a week to ship. Then it came with SCCPinstead of SIP. To get SIP I would have to purchase support for $14. Submitted online RMA form on 4/10 but no reply in a week. Filed dispute with Paypal KMM115114613I96L0KM last week but still no hear from the store. Will never buy from them again and would not recommend."

They are un-responsive! They sent me the wrong item.
Even the box was mis-labled. Finally, I was able to bring this to their attention. They claimed they would credit my Visa if I paid shipping to return it and paid a 30% re-stocking fee. What Balls huh.
A complaint has been filed with WI B.B.B. which they are not a member of. They will likely be Non-responsive to them as well. The only way to judge a companies performance is to try and settle a problem sales dispute. These guys are bigtime Thumbs down!
2/4/09 The final outcome here was after the B.B.B. got envolved the company finally sent the correct item ordered as well as covered the return of the wrong item. Any online order can go wrong.How its rectified when it does go wrong is what builds a reputation. "
