"Beware their bait and switch scams! I ordered a name-brand telephoto lens from them because it was way cheaper than reputable sites. I used Paypal method to pay. The next day I got a call from "Andy" advising me that the good lens I ordered was out of stock for several weeks but they just happened to have a (crappy) knock-off lens that (he said) was superior to the one I ordered and they could send me that one instead and keep my money rather than refund it. Do not fall for these bait and switch tactics! Read their reviews! This company pulls this bait and switch stuff all the time! I just checked their web site and it still says the lens I ordered is in stock. No reputable company would pull this bait and switch garbage. I plan to file a complaint."
"I was desperately in need of a charger for a proprietary Sony battery. I purchased the camera and extra battery from Amazon. On their site, they listed several other sellers of the charger that Sony did not supply. On my third vendor listed call, I was fortunate to get the sales department of I Gadget Now. Not only did they immediately recognize the battery and charger numbers, they were able to substitute a Premium Tech charger for the unavailable Sony brand one.
Better yet, they guaranteed me a UPS next day shipment and I received it the very next day as promised. I now know where I will purchase from in the future. Great job, I Gadget Now!!!!!!!!!!"

They ask for the model # andyour phone number tocheck the compatibility with your camera. I received a call to let me know the part was on back order and was given an alternative that turned out to be a bit more expensive but it is also a car charger--GREAT!

"I was not able to find a Nikon battery for my Nikon Coolpix 610 anywhere online. Everyone including Amazon had 1 to 2 month wait and I needed it sooner.I saw it at I Gadget Now and ordered. Next day I received a call telling me it was not available but they had a battery that would work for the same price which I bought as well as a travel charger which they recommended that I actually needed. I never felt pressured to buy either item and my money had already been refunded before the call. Items arrived promptly.
That being said after coming to this site to write a review I read several of the other bait and switch reviews and realize that although they were truthful that no one had the Nikon battery, I probably paid too much for the substitute battery without comparing prices on non Nikon brands first. Live and learn."

"I ordered a battery charger from this company. I had almost ordered a charger from a different company but read online about complaints of a scam where they offer the chargers cheap and then call the next day and say it is on back order and then try to sell you a different charger that is really a piece of crap. Well low and behold the next day I get a call from this company saying the charger is back ordered. I tell them to cancel it. Then they say, "Oh you have the Nikon D50, same camera I use. Did you know that such and such a charger can be used on those batteries. They are usually more expensive but I can sell it to you for the same price." When I declined he started telling me that the Nikon charger is back ordered everywhere across the country and I wouldn't be able to get one for months. I canceled any way and they did refund my money to paypal. I then went online and immediately ordered the Nikon charger from Amazon for only a few dollars more and I received it in 2 days. I will never use this company again. They are not to be trusted!"

"Bait and Switch store!, but honest enough to call and let me know my order was canceled before they tried to switch me, switch me with all the standard BS lines about “Factory is out of stock…”, “This other brand actually makes the product for the original manufacturer…”, etc. What prompted me to write a review is that their website still advertize the item I need as “Genuine part” and “IN STOCK” three days after they told me they would not receive a new shipment of the original part in over 8 weeks. I would strong advice against buying from this store. "
