"Great Customer Support! I originally ordered a tele lens for my camera. Apparently that lens was no longer being made. One of the representatives from I Gadget Now emailed and called me to let me know what the situation was. I was able to reach that representative directly by phone, and he explained everything to me very clearly, and also helped to guide me towards other options. After doing a little more research on lenses, I went with his suggestion of the Optics 2.2X lens. Shipping was fast. I just used the lens during a camping trip and it worked great, very clear pictures. I will definitely use this company for future purchases."

"I ordered an AC Adapter for my Canon camera...the name brand was out of stock, so they called to ask if I wanted a better, universal adapter for the same price. That was fine with me! It was shipped within minutes of speaking with a representative. Unfortunately I waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive. Then I got a call the next day saying that the exact item I ordered was not available, but they had something that was better that they would substitute for the SAME PRICE (usually more money).
