Had a problem with an item I bought for a Christmas gift and found out 2 months later that the item was defective. After 1 email to them they offered to replace or refund the purchase, no questions asked. A++++"
"I ordered two Motorola Lapdocks from Ice Monkey advertised as NEW. I got no tracking information for a week and had to send them a note requesting same before I finally got the tracking number. When the order finally arrived almost two weeks later via the superslow UPS Sure Post, the order only contained one item, it was an open box, not new, and missing parts, and was defective. Contacting Ice Monkey made them request numerous pictures of everything that was shipped, even though the package weight itself was well below what even one item should have been, and it's taken a week of back and forth just to get them everything they asked for in terms of pictures and information. They then insisted I drop my PayPal claim against the order before they would issue any refunds or RMA returns, which PayPal specifically advised me NOT to do. I should not have to give up my right to file a claim on an order that has been 100% screwed up due to Ice Monkey and then hope I someday get a refund from them on their time and terms. A terrible way to do business. "

"I ordered a refurbished 3G Xoom on 10/30/2012.
The Xoom shipped on 11/2/2012 and arrived on 11/6/2012. The Xoom looked nice but had a rather large spot where the screen was delaminating.
On 11/14/2012 I requested an RMA and received the RMA approval on 11/15/2012.
My return was delivered to IceMonkey on 11/23/2012.
On 12/27/2012 (over a month after they received my return) I sent a mesaage to IceMonkey asking for a status update.
On 12/28/2012 IceMonkey CS responded and said the refund would be issued, and it did show up within the next couple of days.
While I had the above mentioned Xoom (with delaminated screen), in hand, IceMonkey sold out of 3G Xooms and began offering refurbished 4G Xooms.
I ordered a refurbished 4G Xoom on 11/14/2012.
Since I have to make special arrangements for someone to meet UPS at my billing address (IceMonkey will only deliver to billing addresses!) I requested my tracking number on 11/15/2012 and received it on 11/16/2012.
My Xoom didn't reach UPS until 11/27/2012 (!) and was delivered on 11/29/2012.
This Xoom had some scratches, but functioned fine, but the charger broke within a day of its arrival. :-\
So, from my personal experience and what I've read of others, it is a tossup on whether or not your order will ship promptly, and definitely keep an eye out for your refund if you RMA anything, to be certain you receive your credit. The IceMonkey CSRs were always pleasant and professional in their communiques.
My experience with orders from DailySteals, both via Buy/Rakuten.com and directly with DailySteals.com, mimic the experiences with IceMonkey posted above. I'll try to write a review for those DailySteals orders as well. Caveat Emptor when dealing with either IM or DS."
"I placed an order on Jan 15th, 2013 and when the item arrived it was not working. I emailed Ice Monkey and let them know what's going on and after providing further details that the item they sent me wasn't working at all they sent me a replacement item in a snap and i didn't have to return the damaged/non working item, i just recycled it (it was an iPhone 5 cable/power bundle). Besides the amazing deals they have i can honestly say that the customer service is amazing and very helpful! i really wasnt expecting that to be honest, i'm really glad that i had a great experience shopping with them and i will def. come back."

"I ordered a iPad 3 and received no SIM CARD. The unit was advertised as Apple iPad 3 16GB WI-Fi + Verizon 4G LTE Tablet with Retina Display. Factory Recertified. What you Get: iPad 16GB Tablet w/ WI-FI + Verizon LTE, USB Data/Charger Cable, USB Power adapter. According to Roland at IceMonkey, Factory Recertified means "USED" and if it came with a SIM card it would be registered to someone else's account. I asked him what "factory" recertified it and he replied "Our Supplier". He was very courteous and the iPad was in very clean condition (for being used) but he denied responsibility for providing a SIM CARD because it was not listed in the "What you get" list. He offered a refund if I wanted to ship it back, and said Verizon would provide a SIM CARD if I purchased a data plan. iPads allow purchase of data plans "at time of need" through their control panel, not continuous like cell-phones and in order to get a sim card so that I would be ready in case of need, I would have to have to sign up for a Verizon data plan plan now, before I needed it. The lack of SIM card should have been clearly stated in the Ad, or they should have supplied cards like Apple does with their refurbished iPads."

I am very satisfied with my experience with Ice Monkey.When I finally figured out how to get in touch with them by email the response was very prompt. The Ipad arrived just four days after my order.
