It is now October 10th, and I have not even received even a confirmation from them, much less a tracking number or shipping date.

I have sent two follow-up emails (October 4, again on October 8) to ****@****, asking for some status report, but still no response. Not a word.

"UPDATE: The vendor contacted me after seeing this review and made the situation right with me. I would consider using their services again if I saw another good deal on a product - I'd just make more of an attempt to research the quality of the product this time around.

I ordered a "2 liter water bladder with hands free nozzle" for a backpacking trip. Was stoked to get such a good deal on what normally would cost me $30-40. Well, I should have known that you get what you pay for. I went to use it for the first time a few weeks ago, and it leaked all over the inside of my pack. I took a closer look, and there's not a hole in it or anything - it's just an incredibly cheaply made product. The top doesn't tighten enough for water not to come out, and the tubing leaks at the end. I don't think anything was particularly wrong with my product - I'd imagine that all of them leak like this. It's just poorly made. I would not use this site again, nor would I recommend it to my peers. "You get what you pay for" is true in this case."

"Avoid this seller!! I purchased a watch on June 15th and was told I would receive shipping confirmation within 24-48 hours. I never received the confirmation. I contacted customer service after 6 days and got an immediate response with a tracking number, and was told to allow a few days for it to update. However, the tracking number was non-existent. There was no record of it on UPSMI.com. On June 25th (a full 10 days after my order) I again contacted customer service about the issue. This time, the representative informed me that the watch actually sold out shortly before my order. The watch is still listed and available on their website. So basically, first I was lied to about the tracking number, and again about it being sold out. Insulting to say the least. To their credit, they immediately refunded my money through Paypal. I will not be doing business with them again, and I suggest you look elsewhere for your product."

On June 6th I ordered 3 bluetooth headphones from them that were a great deal plus had great reviews from other web sites.(they work great!) On the 19th I had still not received my package, so I contacted them. The Ice Monkey team went into action and helped me find my package. They were very professional & friendly. It was an unexpected pleasure to deal with a business that actually seemed concerned. This was not my first purchase from Ice Monkey but it was my first interaction with their Customer Service and I was impressed! As with all web purchasing, you have to do your homework to ensure your getting something you will be pleased with and that goes for Ice Monkey's products as well.
