"When I first called, the gentleman I spoke with was not very helpful as far as helping me check to see if we had an existing account ( I was placing the order for a school). After I called back and spoke with someone different, the school distric had ordered before and she was able to help me.
I requested the order to be expedited and agreed to priority 2 day shipping. Partial order arrived witihin the time specified but the other part was not shipped until the following week. I was told it would not be a problem and the order would ship in full and arrive as requested. When the second part of the order shipped it was sent standard shipping.
Customer service was able to credit all shipping charges, but I wish I knew ahead of time when the order would actually ship. "
