"I was not told that what I ordered was not available and it's been placed on back order. It isn't the end of the world, but I would have gone with a different vendor with the same price who had them in stock. Service was very friendly and Teresa helped me every step of the way, so I would use this vendor again."

"The product was not supported by windows 8 which no one told me before purchas. And i did ask, I spent 3 days with numerious tech support trying To load before a finnslly tech support figured out why. When I told my sales rep he pretty much said oops our bad. The BBB will be receiving a complaint. "

"received half order only. Received email stating they were out of stock and I had to call my customer account rep. Called and left message for clarification and what options I had. 7 days now and no call back. I cannot use one part of my order without the other. "
