Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.
Your order for card printer ribbons and programmed proximity cards was placed on 7/30, processed with 2-day shipping and shipped on 7/31. As we carry the ribbons in-stock, these items were shipped first and delivered on 8/02, within the 2-day UPS shipping time frame.
In speaking with your Account Manager, the start number submitted for your programmed proximity cards was incorrect on your original order. He was able to catch the error and get it fixed before the order was processed. Proximity cards are programmed specific to each facility and start number by the manufacturer and have a lead time of 7 – 10 business days. Following up with the manufacturer this morning, programming of your proximity cards should be complete tomorrow (8/08) and will ship directly from the manufacturer with the selected UPS 2-day ground shipping.
