"Very quick reorder process, and fast shipment"
"agent was confident that what i was ordering would work for my printer. AFTER it shipped, he e-mailed me to tell me that it would not, and i could return it... AT MY OWN COST FOR SHIPPING, AND WITH A 15% RESTOCKING FEE!! He ripped me off and could care less. i will NOT, EVER do business with this company again. In response to your response: a very self-serving answer, with no atempt to reach out to me to get my side of the story. Your agent was rude, unprofessional, and did not ask my make/model of printer before shipping the ribbon. but given the tenor of his e-mail to me, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that you chose not to contact me directly. Quote: "Furthermore, your experience is important to me; I pride myself with TRYING to help out all of my customers in a professional manner. Hopefully you have learned from this experience so your next will not end the same." Seriously?? Hopefully I have learned from his behavior?? Sure, that's professional and good customer service! I think not."

In speaking with your Account Manager, your order was placed Friday afternoon, July 19th. As noted on your sales receipt, our goal is to ship orders with selected UPS ground shipping within 48 hours of the order being placed. Your order shipped on Tuesday July 23rd via UPS ground shipping and arrived Thursday, July 25th. The turn around time for your order was a total of four business days.
We do offer expedited shipping options which will shorten delivery time if you need your items sooner. Your Account Manager is happy to make shipping recommendations to ensure you receive your items by your required date.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.
We strive every day to provide exceptional service to all of our customers. That service goal includes following up with customers who order online by themselves to help ensure that any printer supplies ordered are indeed compatible with their specific printer. We also strive to ship all orders out in a timely manner.
In speaking with your Account Manager, you purchased two different ribbons online. When your Account Manager called to thank you for your order and confirm that the ribbons would work with your printer, you were unable to tell us your printer model. We attempted to follow up with you over the next two days in order to confirm your printer model. Three days after your order was placed you noted the model and at that time your Account Manager was able to confirm that that one of the ribbons you had ordered is not compatible with your printer. As your order had already shipped at this point, there was nothing we could do to change your order.
Typically, we would catch an incorrect ribbon order in a follow-up call with a customer, preventing an incorrect order from shipping. It is unfortunate that you were unable to confirm your printer model with your Account Manager when he attempted to, until three days after placing your order. Now that we have your printer model noted in your account, we can more easily help ensure that any supplies ordered will work with your printer.
