"I was very happy in the beginning because someone called to let me know that they think I ordered the incorrect thing. I really appreciated that and I was able to change the order and not have something I could not use. The problem I have is that 1 part of my ordered was shipped in three days as we asked, but the other was on back order and we did not know, and was told that now it is being shipped and we still have to pay the full price. We had to go and purchase the other supplies from another store because these were not here on time. "

Unfortunately, we received notification from the manufacturer after your order was placed that the badge holders were on back order for another 2 days. However with the 3 day expedited shipping you selected, your badge holders were delivered yesterday and in time for your event this weekend.

"Sent the wrong product after discussing order with rep before placing order. When I called to discuss with cust service was disconnected before call was put through. Went on line to the chat room and ended up back with the rep who was very discourteous to me. Waiting for a call tag to return item. Was not told when I placed order that one item based on color had to be ordered at 1000 piece until I called regarding product sent."

“Hello.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.

In speaking with your Account Manager, he provided you the part number for the badge holders from your previous order but you noted that the card size accepted was not correct. After reviewing badge holders with you on the website, you placed your order online for a different part number. Unfortunately, when those badge holders were delivered, they were different than the holders from your first order.

We apologize for not providing updated quantity requirements on the lanyards. As noted on our website for a handful of lanyards, the minimum quantities have recently changed and are attachment specific. Some attachments that are less common do have a higher minimum quantity as they require direct shipment from the manufacturer.

Again we apologize for the inconvenience and do sincerely appreciate your business.
