"After placing an order, sales rep quickly noticed our error when entering the order. This was impressive, and we reordered the correct item. However, we are dissatisfield because the restocking fee was going to be charged. The notification from the sales rep was so quick, that we did not understand why a restocking fee would have been charged. In the end, we were responsible for half of the restocking fee. This was very disappointing."
