"I had used ikordesign in the past, but had stopped working on PC's for a while. Recently, when needing a couple of laptop hard drives, I went back to idordesign. Their selection was great, they shipped "lightning fast" and the packaging was good. Will definately continue to use ikordesign for future parts needs."

"I'm not very happy with Ikordesign, they held my order of a GE remote for a week before delivering it and if I hadn't contacted them they would probibly still have it. As far as the remote, I would not recomend it; GE RM24941 Touchscreen Learning Remote, it had a lot of trouble learning commands from my other remotes and it did not have codes for three of my devices--old namebrand units which it should have had--I do not recomend it. But Ikor was good on the phone and prices are good so I might give them another shot."

"Ordered item on a Friday via the web store. The following Thursday I called to get a tracking number and was told the item shipped on Tuesday but tracking information was not yet available. Called back Friday (7 days after ordering) and was told the item had not actually shipped and they were out of stock. I was very upset. The staff was very friendly and refunded my money promptly. Their prices seem to be great and the staff is very friendly, but They should have been able to inform me sooner that the item wasn't available."

"This company could not get it right!. After shipping me the wrong item, then replacing it with the wrong item they expected me to pay return shipping for their RMA process. I had to email customer service twice before they responded once I received the order. Also, it took 18 days after I placed my order to receive it."

"I am very upset with my entire transaction with Ikordesign. The computer I ordered was not only faulty and never worked but dirty and missing a power cord to the actual computer itself. I returned the pkg the EXACT way that it was sent to me, but the customer sevice rep said the computer was broken and that I would be charged a 15% re-stocking fee, yet they said they could send me pictures where the computer was working fine and they had no problems with it. The monitor as well had pixels out. I would have been able to ignore the monitor issue and the power cord issue but when the computer works for about a minute and that is it, I became very unsatisified and started the refund process. The company basically took about $100.00 from me for a restocking fee on a computer that they claim is broken and they can't re-sell but they can also send me pictures saying there is nothing wrong with it. Head the warnings on the web. Do NOT do business with this company. They will not work with you on the refund process."

"I got an unbelievable deal on some computers from iKOR Design. They were great at keeping me in the loop on the status of my order. The computers arrived quickly and they work great.

I was pleased with the basic configuration, too. I thought I'd have to wipe the drive upon arrival to get rid of a bunch of annoying and mostly useless utilities and "special" software that gets dumped on most commercially sold computers but what I got was a nice clean OS with just DVD player and DVD/CD burning software.

I would definitely order from them again. I'm often asked to find good inexpensive computers for friends and family and iKOR has great deals."
