"I ordered a wireless blu-ray player, wifi ready, so I could hook it to my tv, to enable me to get netflix, as well as play blu-ray movies. I found what I thought I needed on Ikor site. Four days later I received the player, hooked it up and have been delighted with the player every since. It worked as, advertised, out of the box. The price was half of other advertised players, and shipping was reasonable. Will order from Ikor again, and recommend to others.

I ordered a logitech G15 keyboard from Ikor on Feb 15th and only finally today have I received a refund for it being defective, and it wasn't even the full amount I paid!
The keyboard was listed as "Used but great condition", but when I received the keyboard it was defective (multiple keys on the keyboard would produce multiple characters on the screen, i.e. pressing 'e' would produce 'e0', etc). This was a hardware issue, as the same issue appeared on multiple computers all with most up to date software. I took the keyboard apart to see if it could be fixed and they had actually already CIRCLED THE DEFECTIVE KEYS. This means they either A) Already identified the keyboard as defective and sold it anyways, listing it as "Used but great condition" when it wasn't or B) Didn't even bother checking its condition before selling it!
I had to return it to them with a tracking number (which wasn't cheap) because like other reviewers, if you don't they'll try and blame your shipper and say they never received your returned good. On top of that, their RMA return policy is EXTREMELY strict (go read it on their webpage, they make it so that if you break even one tiny bit of a rule, they are entitled to not refund you anything).
After all of this, 6 weeks later, I still didn't hear anything from Ikor until emailing them, and only then did they email me saying I was entitled to store credit and not the refund I requested. I called them multiple times, finally getting through to a representative and finally then got the refund (however I'm still waiting for it to appear online on my credit card).
BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. Their return policy is made so they only refund you for the item and not any shipping costs, and since you only get the refund if you return the item to them, YOU GET JIPPED REGARDLESS. SO NO MATTER, I'M STILL OUT OF CLOSE TO $20 BECAUSE I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM TO SHIP ME A DEFECTIVE KEYBOARD, AND ALSO PAY TO SHIP THE DEFECTIVE KEYBOARD BACK TO THEM, THAT THEY SOLD TO ME KNOWING WAS ALREADY DEFECTIVE.
This company is simply in the business of trying to scam its customers. This is why it has such bad reviews, bad grade with the BBB, etc.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It is not worth the risk. You are most likely going to get screwed in some way, and if you're one of the lucky few that isn't, look at their prices. For the most part they are the same as Newegg or Tigerdirect or any other reputable technology sales website. And some of their items are listed at obscene prices solely to scam you, hoping you buy it by accident by not seeing a 0; example: it was a mouse listed at $1000, no mouse is worth $1000 (definitely not that one at least) and most items are always priced at or $999.99, not $1000, which makes it seem deliberate.
So do yourself a favor and go with one of those reputable sites with great customer service and just as good of deals, you will save yourself a lot of time, grief, and money.
And yes, I'm writing this review because I've been so cheated. I'm actually a libertarian who usually defends businesses, but when businesses are solely out to scam customers, they need to be punished and pushed out of business. SO DON'T BUY FROM IKOR-DESIGN OR GEARXS (gearxs is the same company, they just started using a different name after developing such a bad reputation)."

I ordered a refurbished PC. It sat in "waiting to be picked up" status for over a week - I knew this from the FedEx tracking number I received. I sent 2 emails and NO response. I finally called and talked to a guy who took my number and said he would call me back. No call back.
I called again and he blamed FedEx, saying they damaged an entire shipment, and that he would ship a new machine that night, and that I should receive an email. I did not receive an email and looked up the company, where I realized it is a borderline fraudulant company. I canceled the order 2 days later via credit card because I was done with holding their hand begging for them to ship my order.
They finally shipped it - on the same tracking number from 2 weeks prior, which means the original box was NOT damaged. The guy lied. I called my card to cancel the refute but it was already refunded, so I sent Ikor an email on a Monday telling them to re-charge my card (in writing!). On Tuesday a gentleman calls me from Ikor wondering about the refuted charge - he did not know about the email I sent Monday. He gave me a number to call him - I called and it was redirected to a teleconferencing company.
Getting in touch with this company is near impossible, buyer beware. My product finally arrived in working order after much wrangling on my part. "
"Stay away from iKOR Design! This company also operates under different names such as GEARXS. You do the web search and the product is listed as "new". You go to the company's web site, and there is no mentioning of the product as being refurbished. This page can take you directly to the order form by clicking a "buy it" button. HOWEVER, if you click on the product's image (why would one be doing it?!), it takes you to yet another page, which says that the product is refurbished. On one hand, all the required by law information is on the web site. However, it is all hidden! Liars, liars, liars. The customer service representative is extremely rude."
"poor seller. items (jewel cases) arrived without packaging or UPC, because they took them out of a 25 pack and sold them individually rather than selling the 25 packs, which is probably illegal. if you add 3 quantities of Big Red to your cart, you'd expect 3 5 packs, not 3 sticks. CS representative called saying "too bad. you can return them if you want, but you pay for shipping, you can only get a credit, and we deduct a minimum of $5 for the cost of shipping them to you in the first place." "Ordered a half height modem but the one that arrived isn't half height. When I contacted ikor design they replied, admittedly swiftly, that they had sent the correct modem - despite the glaring difference between the image on their webpage and the one that arrived via USPS.
I shaln't be doing business with these people again. Next time I'll pay the extra dollar and go with someone more reliable and dare I say it, more honest."
"TERRIBLE service. I bought a PCI video card from them on Sept. 28 & received it on Sept. 30. I was all excited - but after testing it on 3 different computers over 2 days (Thurs & Fri - 9/30, 10/1), the part was DOA, so I had to send it back.
I emailed them of the problem on Oct. 4 (the first business day the week after) & tried to get an RMA number - but their reply actually was missing the RMA number itself. I emailed them AGAIN - and it took another 72 hours to get a RMA number. I immediately sent it out on Oct 11, the first business day the week after. A UPS link can be seen here:

So after their promise of "we'll process the RMA within 5-7 biz days," I email them back AGAIN, as there were NO updates on my order. They write back a few days later (Oct 27), asking for the tracking number - when I had emailed it to them TWO WEEKS AGO. I had to resend my email.
About a month has now passed by - STILL no updates, so I wanted to call them. After digging through the site, I realized that there were NO phone numbers listed on their site whatsoever - they're only provided in their confirmation emails.
I finally called them on Nov. 3, and was promised a video card that was superior to what I had ordered. Apparently, they had oh-so-conveniently neglected to post the full technical specs of the card - it's incompatible with many motherboards. They said it would arrive in a few days.
Now, it's Nov. 19 - yet ANOTHER two weeks have passed by. I've tried to call them again, but now, it appears their phoneline has been disconnected.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I stand by my judgement - I doubt my order will ever get sorted out."

"Ordering from the merchants website was a bit daunting. You must “Uncheck” alot of extra items to get to the PriceWatch price. But I assume that the extra items can be used as a check list of thing NOT included in the order. The “Item Has Been Shipped" e-mail contains a link to there website where you can obtain the USPS Tracking Number. Placed order on Saturday, package arrived on Wednesday (USPS Priority Mail). The shipping container used was very good. Over all, the merchant delivered what was promised in a quick and timely manor. I would do business with them again."
"Ordered an Aopen sound card, 850 retail.
Arrived in perfect working order and perfect package, only minor gripe is that a big ugly fed-ex sticker was covering the box. I would have prefered to get something without ruining the package, but minor gripe. A-OK (P.S. i happen to like this one more than my old sound blaster live! 5.1, the sound is clearer, and the software isnt so bloated.) Oh ordered around the 5-6th of feb, arrived the next monday, impressive.
Update: Second order for a game controller, will update.
