"Purchased an ASUS CUW-AM motherboard. Had consistent problems w/ it & tried contacting Ikor-Design to return it. Received NO response from them. POOR customer service & they seem to not want their products returned. Won't do business again."

"MY transaction was just fine.
The order was processed quickly and it was shipped promptly.
I was a little confused that a Intel motherboard would not be shipped with anything other than the board...no manual, drivers, cables, owner's manual...nothing! It works well, though, and I guess that's all that really matters.

"Sent in an order for a Asus motherboard via the wepsite, but no reply for 2 days so I gave them a call on Tuesday July 1. Somehow the order never went through, so I gave it over the phone. They asked if I wanted a raid mobo, and I declined, but that is what showed up. The northbridge fan had died on my old board, and it was still working,but I wanted to get it done, so ordered second day air ($24) and the sales guy said that he could get it out that day (otherwise I wouldn't get it until Monday because Friday was July 4th). Didn't get it until Tuesday, so that was a waste of $24. Installed the board, and there was some kind of problem with the board, and I couldn't get XP to boot, so after fooling around for 2 hours, put back the old board, and got an RMA. Waited 3 weeks for my card to be credited, but never heard a thing, and when I finally called, they "couldn't find anything wrong with the board", and wacked me 15% restocking fee. I Won't be back!"

"I have been waiting for 5 days, no words! until i emailed and said my order was cancelled, someone bought a whole stock afterward but my order was cancelled instead!!! my cc was charged even without shipment, and then said i have to wait at least 2 more week for more to come in if i still want it. but I dont have that kind of time!!! frustrating enough as is...
