"I ordered a replacement laptop keyboard from this company. The keyboard was reasonably priced, extremely well-packed and was shipped quickly. The only negative feedback I have is that I did not receive an email to confirm my initial order placement. I had to login again to confirm the order was successfully placed. I only received

"Ordered very well priced new drives to rebuild a degraded RAID array. On the order confirmation it showed what I ordered (which their website claimed they had in stock) then what they were shipping (a completely different hard drive). I had to call 5 times to actually get through, then got disconnected, then finally told that "No, what you ordered isn't available" and they were just going to ship me a different drive (which I could have ordered from any number of other retailers at half the price and without the high shipping fees. Cancelled the order and went somewhere else, but wasted over an hour dealing with the problem. Don't waste your time with this site."
"Just like everyone else, they cancelled my order saying it was unavailable. The item was listed twice on their site, one $10 and the other $70. Just like everyone else, the more expensive item is still listed after they cancelled. This place reeks of bad management and I will never make the mistake again of wasting my time with them. My small biz will spend our money with reputable retailers."
"Have had nothing but issues with these guys for over a 2 almost 3 year period where we had to return little less than half of what we ordered because of issues with the orders; wrong part, not as described, not what was pictured, etc.
But we decided to give them another chance after not ordering for a year and ordered an expedited part. They canceled the order without any notification and then when we called to inquire as to what was going on, they said we had been "banned" since last year.
Apparently after posting a review of a bad experience last year (which we actually took down), they decided to block my company from placing any future orders because of said review. They didn't try to rectify anything, make things right, nadda. In fact they threw in my face that folks buy 500 parcel orders without issue but is most likely parts like RAM and not very small/specific laptop parts poorly described on their site and have to return because they ARE NOT what I was expecting; or just don't work.
Don't get me wrong, I have ordered parts successfully from them in the past and even with my issues decided to come back.
But if it doesn't work out or there is any issue? They don't care about you as a customer or even as a small businesses. They even threw in my face that I didn't order much and had to return half the items!!! Which was all due to issues with
THEM sending the wrong part, sending what was not described/ not pictured, etc. BUYER BEWARE!"

"Just pulled a drive from a crashed HP Proliant server at one of our clients site. Array rebuild failure. Replaced their system - cost them 28k.
One of Compaq's (now HP) 300 original premier server engineers since 1996. Curious, I took a good look at this server to try to nail down why it croaked. Cause: One counterfeit HP labeled hard drive. Invoice shows the drive came from Impact Computers. Thanks for making $150 off of selling the counterfeit. It cost them 28k. And you lost our business as the second largest IT consulting firm in your immediate area forever."

I revoke my previous statement. I was dissatisfied with the products and felt like I had been mislead by the description. But I was taken aback with they the company issued a refund, I really didn't expect that kind of customer service especially for such a small order.
Apparently this is a company that still cares and listens to the little guy, even when they really don't have to. I recommend you check them out."

Chances are some of the items listed on their website are not actually for sale, they are just there to draw you to their website in chases you will order something they actually have.
I checked with Lenovo, the product has not been discontinued, also, even if it had, you should have taken it off your site. "
"I had been burned on a Dell keyboard from 2 vendors...both had sent me refurbished keyboards and claimed they were new. Both had no signs of being refurbished and were obviously very worn. Still trying to get my money back from both!
I Googled and found Impact. Instant-chatted with Raul, who verified the keyboard was in fact new, and was in stock. 2 days later the keyboard arrived brand new and in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Impact and Raul!!"

"After receiving a part that wasn't what I'd ordered and didn't fit the device I needed it for, I was a bit frustrated that Impact Computer's RMA page and chat function weren't working, and I ended up with someone's voicemail when I called their toll-free number and selected the 'returns' option. Fortunately, my perception of this company changed completely when I called the sales department and was lucky enough to be connected with Raul. Even though the solution required some extra legwork on his part, Raul made the entire return process as easy as it could possibly be, located exactly the item I needed, and was even able to accommodate my time constraints with the right shipping method in a way that was friendly, highly knowledgeable, efficient and 100% professional. After spending too much time emailing, eventually got a partial refund, but had to pay shipping two times. Why am I paying inflated shipping charges so they can engage in fraudulent activities?
