"I ordered from ImportCDs directly, not via Amazon or eBay, for the first time this month. The deal was significantly better by avoiding the "middle man". I received my order, well packed, in five days. My order as delivered was 100% accurate and 100% complete, and each item true to description. The CD and three DVDs were each priced lower than any other competitor I found. Plus it was so convenient to have gotten them all from one source rather than buying them piecemeal to get the lowest total cost. "
"They refunded me for three items I bought on Ebay with one of Ebay's 20 percent off promotions without giving me an explanation why or closing the sale, which means I keep getting "You need to pay!" emails from Ebay even though I paid right away. Repeated emails to them asking to close the sale have gone unanswered, and now they've lodged a resolution complaint against me for non-payment. These guys a crooks - are they owned by the mob or something? Spend a little extra at Amazon or a brick and mortar store and avoid these charlatans like the proverbial plague."
"I was trying to buy a bluray and I shopped for the cheapest deal on the internet. I came across importcds.com. I clicked Buy and then I stumbled across this review site. I gotta say I was really scared since the reviews said you couldn't get a hold of them via email or phone and even less receive the item you purchased. While it is true it takes them over a day to reply to your emails and a phone contact is not an option as you can never get through, I was going nuts when I noticed it had been 24 hours and my item wasn't showing shipped; however, they shipped my item in a little over a day and I received it yet less than a week later, so I cannot give them less than 4 stars. I guess everyone's experience may be different but I am glad I didn't have a bad one."

"I honestly don't know how an order for a DVD from this company even showed up for me in my order list at Amazon since I had already ordered this DVD directly from Amazon. I attempted to cancel my order only hours after it was made, and they sent me boilerplate emails about not being able to cancel my order since it has "progressed too far in the shipment" which were obviously lies since the DVD is not schedule to arrive for another month. They are unwilling to bother to cancel an erroneously made order. They will now sit on my money until this DVD works through their interminabely and exceptionally slow "shipping" procedure. This company is a dishonest scam. Beware of them. I have complained about them to Amazon and hope Amazon stops doing business with them. "

I bought 5 CD of the same album for gifts. I received them in perfect condition and it was sent in a VERY well protected and sealed box. Pricing on their items are great! A normally $20 retail and these were under $6 each. I took the slow shipping but still came in a reasonable time. Kept track with the tracking number. If needed I will use them again. "
"Ordered a vynil from them on the 14th of march. Shipped the same (is what they say!). Contacted them in the first days of april to let them know that I have not received anything yet. They wrote me back after several days that shipments may take up to 30 days to be received internationally. And if the item does not arrive in 45 days to contact them again. So I did contact them when it have passed 45 days and still no item. Again 2-3 days to reply my email. Telling me how sorry they are and that they are ready to ship the item again just to give them an address for that. I wrote them an address in US this time and explained that this is a mail forwarding service. I asked them to send the item there so I would reship it to my European address after that using some mail that provides a tracking number. After several days they replied me with the question to let them know if the address provided is a mail forwarding service and that they need to know in order to give me the best customer experience. I replied again to them that it is. Since then (that was around 5 days ago) I haven't heard anything more from them since then......
They explain in their FAQ section that their customer service is the best out there with experts being able to communicate in several different languages to the clients... Funnily enough there isn't any phone numbers or online chat option to contact them. Expect 2-3 days for your emails to be answered...
I started to doubt that they will ever reply me any more.

"I had ordered a set of cds for a gift for christmas. I paid for the over night shipping (which was rather expensive) and didn't recieve the cds for 5 days. That is not what i consider to be over night especially since I am only one state away. So I contacted customer service to cancel the order before it was shipped to me (day 2 in the process), I didn't get a new email until the day the package arrived at my door (day 5). I then email them again and tell them again that I no longer wanted the item as I have already tried to cancel it and now I have to pay for shipping and handling to return it. So I make myself very clear about wanting to return it and I never get an email back with the return authorization number to even return the darn cds. So I was never able to return the item because without the authorization number they will not accept a return. So no I am out $45 or so for a gift that was never given (still sitting at my house because I found another set that I purchased so that the gift would be given on time), and I would have been out even more had I sent it back, paid for return shipping and handling, all because they do not accept returns without a return authorization number that they must not like giving out as I asked for it 3 times in the emails. Long story short, save your time and money and shop with a company that stands behind shipping times/rates offered/ and has a good customer service department."
