"I buy a lot of CD's , usually from Amazon UK . On the rare occasion that certain titles are not available there , I start to Google the place I can find that title . Came across Importcds on one such occasion . I made the mistake of ordering some Cd's early this year which did not reach me even after several weeks .I seriously doubt whether they did send it . On much persuasion ,they did send me and it reached in adequate time . Emboldened by this I ordered another set in July of this year. That was a mistake. Several emails were sent about not getting the stuff. After 3 months I get a mail saying your money has been credited back to the concerned bank. Another month goes and my money is nowhere. Another email and the same answer . Few days back , after sending another string of emails , I get a reply " supervisor has decided not to credit the amount to your bank " . That means they lied earlier. Till date no package and no refund . I would give them 0 stars for being cheats"

"Import CDs cancelled my order on 9/16/2016 because of a dispute with Deep Discount, another DirectToU company using the same customer service unit. Then by mistake, they sent another cancellation notice (due to a “pricing error”) on 10/24/2016, so they never intended to honor their preorders anyway. Check out the abysmal ratings for Deep Discount, because that is effectively what Import CDs has become."

"from amazon i had ordered "007 roger moore collection DVD vol1 " and i also ordered vol 2 of the series, as advertised DVD was explicit in the title. vol1 was a blue ray disk. i asked them to replace it with a DVD. they sent a replacement, it was another blue ray disk. Vol 2 arrived a few days later, it was Blue ray as well. I sent them an email hoping they would investigate. They told me they "do not do replacements". Blue ray is more expensive than DVDs. I do not have a blue ray player so i only order DVDs. i cannot play blue ray disks. to be christian charitable i would say they are very misorganized. They need a good QA manager to go through their process and investigate customer complaints. Amazon will eventually catch on. suspect they have an amazon cache of products and operate from there in the US, but they have the shelf location mismarked and employees not required to verify they ship the right thing.

Trying to find anything out by looking at your account is impossible. No email from ImportCDs, why cd wasn't shipped. "On April 23 2015 I ordered a Kendrick Lamar CD from this company through amazon because their price was good and they promised "Tracking included on all domestic orders. Fast Shipping and 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed."

However, it was only AFTER I placed the order that I reeived the notice that the CD would arrive by May 15---->3 weeks is NOT "Fast Shipping" from Kentucky to Georgia! And the tracking is a joke: my last USPS tracking notice was 5 days ago.

I started to write a bad review on amazon and then deleted it because I wanted to stick to the facts, but after deleting it I apparently can no longer write a review of this company on Amazon.

I wrote them twice to express my displeasure. The first time I received a form response and the second time I received no response at all.

Whoever heard of it taking 3 weeks for a CD supposedly in stock to travel approximately 500 miles? I certainly recommend never using importcds for any reason."

"I ordered FEB 27, had to wait until March 18 before shipping, then another month before finally arriving April 20.....With that said, I got my very hard to find CD in perfect sealed condition, and to a reasonable price...I also got replies immediately when I contacted twice..So overall Im quit satisfied."

"This company is completely unprofessional. I have emailed them a total of 15 times over the past 3 weeks with no reply (and just to make sure I have sent emails to ALL of their emails they have on file, AND used the contact form). They have basically stolen my money and not sent my cds. I received some of my cds, and the rest were never shipped, and I never received a refund. Also I was overcharged to begin with, and tried to email them about that first, and never got a reply. Now I am trying to email them about the initial problem and a refund, NO REPLY , FRAUD!!! No communication. BEWARE! Stay away from this company. They do not care about their customers!"

"Here is my story for ImportCDs - they had something on their website that i desperately wanted and that was significantly cheaper than anywhere else and before i purchased i did some research and came across the ratings for their website here and i was unimpressed however the product was so much cheaper so after a few days of umming and ahhing i decided that i would order and if everything went poorly it was my own fault.

I ordered a few products and everything went smoothly, i had notification emails saying that some of my products had been sent. Then a few days later i received an unfortunate email saying one of my items was no longer available and that i would be refunded on my credit card, i replied and informed them that i used pay pal and not a credit card and within a day received a lovely reply saying that they had just processed my refund to my Paypal account for the unavailable item and its portion of the shipping total and if i had any more queries to please contact, i checked my Paypal account and the refund was indeed there.

Over the next few days my products arrived packaged very professionally and sturdily in cardboard packaging in perfect condition.

My experience with them was wonderful all round and i really hope that perhaps they have read some of the old negative reviews and are changing their practices and moving forward in a better direction but i would recommend and would use their site again.

Day after day, week after week that's what they will say. Even when you start a claim against them. That's all they have to say.

I tired them before and it was the same. bought their "was just a mistake" line. This time around exact same thing. Fool me twice ... no third time thanks."
