"I'm never ordering from them again. I ordered the Sylvan Esso cd on July 15. Got it today, July 22. That was the good part. I was quickly disappointed when I opened the package & got " Ugly Casanova" instead of Sylvan Esso. First & last experience with them."

"How can they stay in business?!? I don't know how or why Amazon allows this vendor to be a reseller on the Amazon website. They screwed up both orders I placed with them. "I have purchased from this company several times in the past, albeit through Amazon. This time, I placed 2 orders directly with this company in March, totaling over $140.00. To date (5/4/2013) they have not shipped my items even though they charged my PayPal for the full amount account back in March. I have contacted them repeatedly over the past 5 weeks and they keep telling me the items are on back order (even though these are brand new releases). The problem is that they are advertising the same items as "in-stock" on several different web sites -- including their own but have not shipped my order and keep telling me the items aren't in-stock. Caveat Emptor!"

I send item back at my cost, with dc on usps (0310 1230 0001 8367 3466 for when I sent it last July) and emails inquiring about my refund every month since stopped replying when I gave them the tracking number.

I can get CD's faster from UK (Amazon uk) for the same shipping price or cheaper. They do not respond to any emails. DO NOT use this company! You can get the same products from Europe, but quite a bit faster. "
