"IIR offers products at a competitive price and provides good customer service. However, they should offer multiple reasonably priced shipping options. It shouldn't cost more than $10 to ship a small, light item in 3 business days. My only options were $35 - $100 for faster shipping. UPS is not the best or only mailing service. Sometimes USPS is a better option, especially with their flat rate priority boxes. It took twice as long to get my package with UPS than it would have with USPS priority mail (other items I ordered arrived already). Again the products IIR sell are fine, but poor shipping options are a large pet peeve of mine having done a lot of shipping myself. A week and a half, almost 2 weeks, shipping time mirrors that of international shipping. I could have gotten these items from the UK faster and that seems a bit wild. I understand holidays delay shipping but seeing my package sit at a UPS facility during non-holiday hours for a couple days is really disappointing."
