They need to set their store cookie to expire after a longer amount of time. I had to redo my cart 3 times over the course of one day because I was trying to build the order over the course of a day and would leave the site for an hour or more to get work done or grab lunch, etc... This seems to be fixed if you log in as your cart is saved with your login. "
