"The parts were easy to order however getting detail information for the parts is not as easy. When contacting via phone they don't direct you to the right person. You have to email to get any detail information for the part being ordered.
The floor mats arrived fairly quick which was a plus. They are not exactly the same as the ones I bought the car with but I am very satisfied and fit just like the old ones did.
Overall the experience was great, again to order was easy and even though I couldn't get the detail information the customer service rep was very courteous. I will be coming back to order my Infiniti parts from here and recommend others to do so as well."
"Unfortunately Infiniti OEM parts got to the point where they could not be ordered through your Nissan OEM source, and since everyone knows Infiniti is a luxury brand, the OEM parts can fetch a hefty amount. Luckily for me I have my trusted FSM on hand for my G37S sedan, and I'm not afraid to dive in and get dirty, so naturally all I needed was an OEM parts retailer that wasn't a dealership's parts department... "I purchased a ballast for my headlight that did not work and InfinitiPartsDeal.com would not honor their warranty for bad parts. The company made excuses about not having a detailed enough diagnostic report for not honoring the warranty. I had a standard diagnostic report that I receive after each visit to my well-known local dealer in Dallas that clearly stated the part did not function properly on the left headlamp. However, the company said they needed more details on where the ballast was located. Their claim made no sense and they decided not to honor the warranty. I was disappointed and will never buy from InfinitPartsDeals.com again."
