"THE WARRANTEE EXPIRED ON 9/14/2022. ON 10/17/2022 THE TAILGATE LIFT POWER CYLINDER BROKE ( DEFECTIVE PART , SPRINGS WERE RUSTED AND BROKE IN 8 PLACES ). CALLED TO TALK TO AN ADVISER AND NONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. WENT ONLINE TO SEE HOW MUCH THE PART COSTS FROM INFINITI AND IT WAS $ 368 SO I ORDERED IT. WAS CONTACTED BY INFINITI THAT THE PART NUMBER WAS CHANGED , 90560-5NAOA IS NOW 90560-5NAOB. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT SAID BOTH PARTS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. SO I WENT BACK ONLINE TO ORDER THE PART, ONLY TO FIND THE NEW PART NUMBER IS $150 ($518) HIGHER. IF THE PART IS THE SAME ,WHY DID IT INCREASE $150, AND IF IT IS DIFFERENT WAS IT CHANGED BECAUSE IT IS A DEFECTIVE PART AND WHY WAS THERE NO RECALL ?? IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS, THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER INFINITI IN MY GARAGE. I WOULD HAVED CALLED THE DEALER BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES AT ORLAND PARK INFINITI, HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFORE. I GUESS IT'S MY PROBLEM NOW, BUT NOT MUCH LONGER WITH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!"
