"Unless you have part numbers, the parts search button is all but useless. It brings up specious results regarding your desired search keywords. It's also worth noting that if there is a way to find your order, it's not prominent. So far, I've only been able to check order status through the confirmation email. Speaking of, I got an email stating I gave a 2 star rating and asking if I reconsidered. I did no such thing, experience was pleasant so far. So the Infiniti website definitely needs some work. Squash those bugs gents. I get that it's a corporate thing and all the dealer websites have to be nearly identical but these technical issues need to be addressed by the relevant department. I won't knock Infiniti of Orland on this though, because again, I'm almost certain the site layout is completely decided upon by corporate.
Otherwise, the experience has been great. The service from the parts department has been solid other than the occasional long hold time on the phone. There's a shortage of workers, I get it. When I do get connected, the workers are helpful."

"Ordered an online clutch kit for 2014 Infinity Thursday 4/14/22. I could not get the same price if I ordered directly from the dealership but Eric was able to verify that it was in stock and they would receive it it the following day. And ship it to me or I could pick it up. Since the dealership is over an hour away I said ship it because I would get it the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Tuesday came and no clutch. I called an spoke with Eric again and he said "you know how things go", meaning it was never shipped to me. He assured me it would go out that afternoon. Again assuming I would have it now Thursday at the latest I waited. Thursday came and no Clutch, I called again and Eric was off so I spoke to Matt and low and behold my clutch was still at the dealership not shipped. Matt explaining that they don't go to UPS until they have a few deliveries. Eric never told me this and although they were an hour away I would have had to drive to pick up the clutch as vehicle was promised for this weekend. Not taking any further chances with them, shipping the clutch, I drove and hour and a half in rush hour traffic to pick up the clutch.
I have requested a refund of the shipping costs but have not gotten a reply from them as of the writing of this review."

"When ordering a part that came out to a little over $100, I didn't get free shipping even though I was a VIP. I wasn't able to order and got a 10$ off coupon the next day. I ended up ordering everything I needed and got a nice 10% discount that saved me around $40 so it worked out well. The descriptions on some of these parts aren't clear. i ordered a shock it that comes with the spring but hopefully, it comes with the mounting plate also. "

"I order a part call after four days I called to get a tracking number, because they said I would get it in two days after ordering online. After calling and email various time. I got no response. I called the dealership and the transfer me to parts, they were super disrespectful to they point they hang up on me, I called again and they did the same thing, I called Infiniti customer service and made a complaint, I also gave a bad review and google but after reading othe comments I see that it is normal for them to treat black people a certain way. I still didn’t get my money back. "
