"Nice People. Good Pricing. Horrible compatible Brother cartridges. They leak, streak and are cheap knock offs from China! They'll take them back up to point. Ended up eating 6 of them. "

"The customer service here is laughable. I do not think I have ever dealt with a company this unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from this company. There are other toner companies out there that are there when you need them."

"Avoid these guys! Bought a set of toner cartridges from them and put them on the shelf until I needed them. Finally came time, I put the cartridge in, it dumped toner all over the inside of my printer, and my $600 printer is now toast. (My prints were pink -- and theirs was the magenta cartridge.) Contacted them to ask for help and their response was, "Your cartridges are out of warranty." Just great."

"I needed a Tri-Color replacement ink cartridge to finish a project (Income taxes). I chose InkGrabber because their warehouse according to Map Quest was only 23.34 miles from my residence.I ordered the single cartridge on Tuesday assuming it would arrive by Thursday - Friday at the latest. It arrived on Saturday. I was charged $4.95 for shipping. By using an in-state company I was also charged sate sales tax. The parcel weighted only a few ounces. The parcel was shipped via DHL Global. (It went to Compton to be sorted) If it had been sent 1st Class mail - It would have cost less and I would have received it most likely Thursday. And No - Inkgrabber did not ask me to write this review. Next time I will use an out-state supplier."

"This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered two cartridges, one black and one color that were for my printer. First of all they didn't work in my printer. The printer wouldn't even recognize them. I returned them both and paid the shipping. They only refunded me for one. When I called to ask why they told me the other one was not their product. They didn't notify me about this although they say they called and left a message. I know for sure I bought it from them because I had never even heard of an XL cartridge until I went to their website. When I spoke to their returns department they refused to refund my money. They kept insisting it was not their product."

"I had a horrible experience with Inkgrabber. I placed an order around 11 pm, but then found a better deal on Amazon.com that would also allow the ink to get to me faster. I cancelled my order within 20 minutes of placing it, but because there are no instructions on the website on how to cancel an order, I used their contact form and sent a message that way. They were closed, so I could not chat with them online, and I knew no one would answer the phone. I called the next afternoon to make sure they had cancelled my order, and I was told they'd already shipped my ink. They are now making me pay to return the ink even though I cancelled my order long before it was prepared for shipping. I was told they didn't get my email because they have so many to read through each day and they just hadn't gotten to it, and that I should have called. I then asked them to match Amazon's price, and was told they couldn't match it (even though I listened to an advertisement - MULTIPLE TIMES - while waiting to speak to a supervisor that said they matched advertised prices) because they only match ink companies and not private companies. If InkGrabber really wanted to keep my business, they would do the right thing - honor the fact that I sent the e-mail before they shipped the cartridges, and pay for the return shipping. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was poor, and I will not use this company again, even with the (typically) competitive prices. I'm sorry the money they'll save by refusing to pay the return shipping is worth losing me as a customer."

"For about a year, I have been purchasing Lexmark OEM cartridges from Inkgrabber and never had a problem. At the end of June I purchased (3) OEM cartridges and just recently used one of them of them and had a problem. They first directed me back to Lexmark for satisfaction and then went on to try and tell me that it was my printer because they never had a problem with an OEM cartridge from Lexmark. If I wanted to deal with Lexmark directly I would have bought from them. I rate this a big ZERO in customer service."

"My experience was good. They provided a tracking number for the shipment automatically, by email, a few days after ordering, and the ink arrived in reasonable time. Both the black and color cartridges for my Dell printer seem to work fine; it's now been a few weeks. Of course, the Dell software keeps telling my the cartridges are empty, but that is because it is programmed to do this when you do not insert a new Dell cartridge, whatever the ink level really is in the cartridge you insert. Part of their effort to get you to buy from Dell. In fact, however, the cartridges appear to work just fine."

"TERRIBLE!!! Their toner DESTROYED my Oki color laser printer. They may have well just sold me a bag of sand. The toner jammed up all the gears in the imaging drums. When I called to explain what was going on, the person on the other end of the phone didn't have a clue. She didn't know the difference between a toner reservoir and an imaging drum! I got my money back for the "toner" but now I'm stuck with what was a great printer... now destroyed. I asked them to replace the drums -- $120 worth of parts. I sent them two very polite letters and they don't even have the courtesty to respond. Next stop, small claims court perhaps. I have bought aftermarket toner from other companies with great success... but InkGrabber SUCKS. Do not ruin your printer. DO NOT BUY FROM INKGRABBER.COM "

"Inkgrabber took payment from my debit card and then REFUSED TO SHIP THE PRODUCT I ORDERED because my shipping address did not match my billing address. This did not stop them from billing! It just, somehow, justified them taking my money and not fulfilling my order. On conversation with them, they suspect that I am using a stolen credit card and am choosing to use it by buying a single remanufactured ink cartridge, with a coupon applied no less! Small brains think small things. Refund requests are not honored as expediently as taking the money out of my account. So far, I've had NO RESPONSE to asking for my money to be refunded. "
